Investment Strategy

Investing in the future is the future.
This is, without a doubt, the most crucial time in the history of our planet. The fact that we are consuming resources faster than we can produce them, coupled with the onset of massive climate change, demands our immediate and forceful action. Our mission as a global community should be to balance carbon cycles to both reduce global warming and to maintain growth in investment strategy that spawns new technology, encourages conservation and demands responsible trading.
Most importantly, we never lose sight of combining these strategies with financial profitability for our clients.

About Us

Helping the climate today and tomorrow.

Climate Cure Capital Corporation has farmed the SuperGreenTree™ (a proprietary Paulownia elongata species) trees for over 10 years. Recently it transferred them and the SuperGreenTree™ IP to its affiliate, Eco Allies Inc.. This will allow Climate Cure to utilize its expertise in the carbon offset credits creation, handling, and brokering of credits of its own, its affiliates, and for clients. In addition, Climate Cure can now concentrate on solar energy farms projects it is exploring in the U.S. and in South America.

Climate Cure Capital Corporation provides environmental commodities services, producing and brokering carbon, methane, and emissions, as well as other offset credits. All of these credits can be used to finance pollution mitigation and renewable energy projects. They can be generated and sold for income (such as Tesla, Inc. does). In addition these credits are used to offset the carbon pollution caused by individuals and companies that are environmentally conscious and concerned.

Climate Cure Capital™

Climate Cure Capital™ is poised to become a principle player in the carbon equity markets by taking positions in carbon offset registration and creating investment portfolios from the following established applied methodology areas: Wind, Solar, Biomass, Biofuels, Landfill Methane Offset Projects (LMOP), Waste-to-Energy, Carbon Sequestration, Energy Plantations, as well as in emerging technologies.

We have developed a system we call the Balanced Carbon Future™, whereby we provide advisory services and/or investment capital that will not only result in Emission Reduction, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy projects but will also create valuable environmental commodities which can be bought, sold, and traded globally. The ability of our team to help develop assets for a project, as well as providing a shared equity strategy to leverage the project to the next level is what separates us from our competitors.

Climate Cure Capital™ is the result of more than 40 years of combined experience in project design, management, and implementation in GHG (Greenhouse Gas) reduction and renewable energy undertakings. Our strategy is to identify renewable/sustainable energy, emission reduction, and energy efficiency projects in the early stages of their development. Then we provide help in pre-funding certification for credits in order to create carbon offsets for revenue and/or funding. We work from start to finish for each project. We will direct and manage the necessary technical consultants and other activities to help result in project success.

Our mission as a global community should be to balance carbon cycles.

The SuperGreenTree™

Climate Cure developed its own brand of a High Density Short Rotation tree known as the SuperGreenTree™. After four years of working with various developers of product in this industry we invested in growing trees in central California, harvesting trees and roots grown at this location and delivering them to our former Kansas location. Through a proprietary root grafting treatment and protocol, the grafted roots became what is the SuperGreenTree™ to an associate’s farm for them to be grown.

Organizations worldwide including the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations know these trees have such important environmental value as:

• Carbon dioxide absorption, one of the “greenhouse gases,” which many think is responsible for the global climate change our planet is experiencing; and

• SuperGreenTrees™ absorb many other gases and pollutants such as nitrogen dioxide, ozone, and microscopic particulate matter which are harmful to humans and the atmosphere

The Super Green Tree is a phyto-remediator, increasing the organic content of degraded soils, processing and filtering contaminants through the uptake of its vascular system, and emitting oxygen into the atmosphere. In this manner, each 3-year old Super Green Tree could sequester 361 pounds of carbon representing 1,325 pounds of CO2 gas removed from the atmosphere. Actual Determination of CO2 sequestered will be determined as part of Baseline Study, Tree Monitoring and Maintenance Plans as part of the Greenhouse Gas Emission (GHG) Emission Reduction Validation and Verification process for qualifying and certifying the offset credits.

The Super Green Tree can re-grow from its stump (coppicing ability) and can be harvested repeatedly after sufficient growth periods, which relatively speaking, are very short.

The Super Green Tree is not genetically engineered. A proprietary root-grafting system allows its propagation.

The source of root-stock is native to China, Laos, and Vietnam, and has long been cultivated elsewhere in eastern Asia, notably in Japan and Korea. The rootstock was introduced to the USA as a landscape tree over 150 years ago. It has since become naturalized in 33 states. In 1961, Paleontologist Charles J. Smiley reported findings of over 500 fossils of Paulownia in Ellensburg Canyon in the State of Washington along with fossil remains of trees that normally co-habitat with Paulownia.

The Bee-Friendly High Density Hybrid Fauna SuperGreenTree is one of the few trees that can be used for valuable wood, feed fodder, and honey, or to clean the air, water and soil of pollutants.

Climate Change through Leagal Communities

Most programs require annual emissions and compliance with applicable requirements to be verified by an independent assessor.

Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Projects
Under the Kyoto Protocol, all CDM projects must be subjected to validation / certification by a designated operating entity (DOE). Validation assesses the design of a CDM project and its estimated reductions before it becomes operational.
This validation is required in order to have it accepted and registered. Registration is a prerequisite for later verification and certification of emission reductions generated by a project. Verification and certification happens after a project implementation. Upon successful verification, the DOE will determine and certify the emission reductions (CERs) and request the CDM Executive Board to issue your certified credits.

Joint Implementation (JI) Projects
A JI project is cooperation between two industrialized countries. Certain JI projects are subjected to determination and/or verification by an independent entity (IE). Determination is an assessment of a project’s design documentation, including technology, baseline study, and monitoring plans and is conducted before the project is implemented. Verification determines the emission reductions or removals generated by your project as well as verifying compliance with Kyoto Protocol criteria.

Emissions Trading
A number of countries have established emissions trading systems to allow them to meet Kyoto commitments and reduce emissions in a cost-efficient manner. Most programs require annual emissions and compliance with applicable requirements to be verified by an independent assessor.

U.S. Compliance Markets
At present the U.S. consists primarily of voluntary markets, however ACES (the American Clean Energy and Security) Act with a cap and trade element, which would institute a national compliance market was passed the House in June 2009 and is currently before the Senate.

CA AB32 – In December 2009, CARB (the California Air Resources Board) approved a landmark state climate action plan, committing to a cap-and-trade program that will cover about 85 percent of all sources of emissions in the state.

RGGI – Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative is a regional initiative by 10 Northeastern states to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs) that centers on a cap and trade program for GHGs from power plants.

WCI – The Western Climate Initiative includes U.S., Mexican and Canadian states and provinces along the western rim of North America, formed to combat climate change caused by global warming. The stated purpose of the WCI is to identify, evaluate and implement ways to collectively reduce GHG and require partners to set an overall regional goal to reduce missions; develop a market-based, multi-sector mechanism to help achieve that goal and to participate in a cross-border Greenhouse gas registry.
