Getting the right people to notice it. A strategic PR approach ensures your story reaches the Web3 media platforms, communities, and influencers that matter. 2️⃣ Relying on hype over substance. In Web3, hype comes fast and dies even faster. A sustainable project focuses on consistent messaging, engaging content, and building trust over time. One big headline won’t create a movement, but thoughtful storytelling will. 3️⃣ Underestimating organic PR. Authenticity drives adoption. Organic PR in crypto is about more than announcements; it’s about telling your story, earning credibility, and creating connections. Whether it’s a token launch, a milestone, or a partnership, the right media placement builds long-term trust. 4️⃣ Overlooking retention. It’s tempting to chase user acquisition at all costs, but the real magic happens with retention. How do you keep users engaged? Whether it’s through meaningful partnerships or new ways to reward community involvement, retention separates the flashes in the pan from the lasting innovators. 5️⃣ Following every trend. Every founder is told to “ride the hype train,” whether it’s AI, metaverse, or the next buzzword. But the most successful projects focus on their unique value - not what’s trending. Trends fade.
