Bio- Tania Tesh is a certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer. Her areas of expertise include: Bootcamp, Resistance and Circuit Training, H.I.I.T., Cardio Kickboxing, Urban Rebounding, Step Aerobics, Ballet Fitness, Pilates, and Yoga.

She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years and has worked at several South Florida locations such as Bally Total Fitness, LA Fitness, Youfit, and the Biltmore Hotel.

Tania loves teaching and inspiring her classes to enjoy their IFitness experience.
