Jakubowitz Law IS HERE TO HELP SHAREHOLDERS WHO PURCHASED Rivian Automotive, Inc. (RIVN)

Rivian Automotive, Inc. is facing a class action lawsuit alleging that documents issued in connection with the initial public offering contained representations that were materially inaccurate, misleading, and/or incomplete because they failed to disclose, among other things, that the R1T electric pickup truck and R1S electric SUV were underpriced to such a degree that Rivian would have to raise prices shortly after the IPO and that these price increases would tarnish Rivian’s reputation as a trustworthy and transparent company and would put a significant number of the existing backlog of 55,400 preorders, along with future preorders, in jeopardy of cancellation.

If you incurred a loss on RIVN common stock pursuant and/or traceable to Rivian’s initial public offering on November 10, 2021 and/or between November 10, 2021, and March 10, 2022, this lawsuit is on your behalf. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and our firm is reaching out to investors to discuss their legal rights.

If you wish to act as a representative of the shareholders harmed by this misconduct, you may ask the court to appoint you as lead plaintiff. A lead plaintiff directs the litigation and participates in important decisions, including whether to accept a settlement for the class in the action.

You only have until May 6, 2022 to apply to be lead plaintiff. The court will then evaluate the applicants and choose a lead plaintiff. You are not required to act as a lead plaintiff in order to participate in any recovery.
