CAREER & DEVELOPMENT

  • Workday Career Profile – The information you provide in your Workday career profile can help highlight your educational credentials, professional designations, and even different languages you speak. Increased sharing of this type of information with your manager can lead to more meaningful coaching conversations and career development opportunities.
  • Degreed delivers personalized, social learning experiences from internal resources and approved external resources to drive the development of job-related skills.
  • My Learning Site - is Regions’ learning management system (LMS) and houses all your mandatory annual courses (MAC) and other required training modules.
  • Opportunity Graph/Internal Mobility -The Opportunity Graph can help you discover your next step in your career at Regions. The graph, which allows you to explore jobs that associates in your current role have moved to, provides you with career paths to consider. These insights can help you define, and make progress toward, your career goals. Go to HR Connect and type Opportunity Graph in the search box.
  • Regions Internal Career Site Regions associates can search current open positions with the bank. The site ties to your Workday profile and jobs are recommended based on your skills and experience. You can also set “job alerts” to notify you when positions with potential job matches are posted.
  • RegionsLEADS – These Cornerstones of a Leader are the foundation of leadership best practices for associates at all levels at Regions.
  • DEI Networks are associate-led groups established to help build deeper connections, greater understanding and a stronger sense of belonging among associates.
  • Development Items & Plans – Tools to document your career-related goals and track your progress, which can help you grow in your current role or develop the knowledge and skills needed for a future role.
  • Guild Education (tuition assistance) – Regions offers fully funded tuition assistance and required education expenses to help associates work towards earning their undergraduate degrees and professional certificates. All full and part-time associates are eligible for this assistance on their first day of employment.
  • Individual Effectiveness Assessments - Regions offers a variety of assessments that allow you to learn about yourself to improve individual and team effectiveness.
  • External Training - Regions provides a limited opportunity for pre-approved training outside the bank when the required course is not available internally

ASSOCIATE RECOGNITION

Evergreen/Service Recognition is Regions’ annual, week-long associate appreciation and recognition celebration. Go to HR Connect and type Evergreen in the search box.

Frontline First – is Regions’ annual, week-long appreciation, recognition and celebration of consumer bank frontline associates.

TIME AWAY FROM WORK

Holidays – Regions provides paid time off for eleven (11) specific holidays during the year.

Jury Duty – Associates are eligible to take leave from work whenever called to serve as a juror or compelled by subpoena to give testimony as a witness in a trial, although that leave may not necessarily be paid leave.

Military Leave - Regions supports associates performing military service and will comply with the requirements of federal, state and local laws when leave is required to fulfill a military obligation.
