Prior to her current position, Kriste served as a Service Coordinator at Serenity Towers from 2014 to 2022, during which she spent four years as the Lead Service Coordinator. Holding certification in SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery), a program expediting disability benefits, Kriste has a background that spans various roles in both inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities, including Case Manager, Care Coordinator, Intake Clinician, and Discharge Planner. A distinguished alumna of Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee, Kriste graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in 2006. Her wealth of experience has equipped her with the knowledge and tools to effectively identify and address the needs of the residents.

Alongside a team of over 40 service coordinators, Kriste works tirelessly to identify, locate, and acquire services and support necessary for residents to become self-sufficient.
