CURT HUBER – Interim President & CEO, Director
Mr. Huber is an independent corporate consultant who has been involved in all facets of public companies for more than 35 years. He is an experienced director and senior officer who has been involved in the hemp industry since 2014. In addition he has represented public companies in many different sectors, including mining, oil and gas, and technology. He has also provided investor relation services, raised financing in the public markets and built corporate awareness for the companies with which he has been associated.

Mr. Kamhiyah is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a complementary Chartered Business Valuations license. He brings over 15 years of extensive Canadian experience in accounting, business valuation, tax, and business strategy. Demonstrating a highly technical proficiency with dual qualifications (CPA + CBV), Mr. Kamhiyah has successfully valued over 100 companies spanning diverse industries. Aurelio Useche leverages over 20 years of senior management experience including COO, CFO and CEO in several private and publicly traded corporations in manufacturing, mining exploration, consumer goods and entertainment. Mr. Useche is a CPA, CMA and a graduate of the executive MBA program at Queen’s University School of Business. Mr. Useche is also a graduate of the Corporate Directors program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business and of the Masters Certificate program in Risk Management program at York University’s Schulich School of Business.

Dr. PAUL T. PERRAULT – Industrial Hemp Advisor
Dr. Perrault is an economist trained in cooperative development (M.A.) and in Rural Development (Ph. D.) (Stanford). After some years of consulting on rural development project in several developing countries, he shifted his career to institutional development. Over the years he participated actively in the creation of several university and training institutions in Rwanda, Nigeria and Côte d’Ivoire. Moreover, he contributed to the strengthening of agricultural research organizations, principally in Africa, as a researcher then as a program director at the International Service for National Agricultural Research (1990-2004), a CGIAR institution. These experiences have shaped his perspective in developing and managing research and education institutions related to agriculture.

Mr. Vallée is a marketing specialist and an expert in brand creation, new product introductions, and positioning of products across retail and wholesale sectors in Canada and the United States.

Mathieu Couillard is an experienced investment banker who has extensive experience in the cannabis space. He has participated in over $1 Billion in capital raises for cannabis companies from start-ups to some of the largest players in the industry. Prof. Castaño is a recognized international leader in several areas of applied science and technology. He has lectured across multiple disciplinary schools in Mexico and was the founding Director of the Center for Applied Physics and Advanced Technology at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in Juriquilla, Querétaro, Mexico. He has published extensively, including 5 books and 25 patents and has received over 14,500 citations in the last few years. He is one of the most cited Latin-American scientists in his area. He is an engineer and scientist who dares to cross disciplinary boundaries.

Nikolas Perrault is a Chartered Financial Analyst managing Twilight Capital, a capital market advisory consulting firm based in Montreal, which he formed in 2008. Dr. Fritsche served as an invited consultant/advisor to the Food and Drug Administration, the National Cancer Institute, the Laboratory Practice Guidelines Committee for the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry, the Editorial Board of six international scientific journals, and as a consultant to many major international diagnostic companies.
