Michael was the Honor Graduate and the first in his class of over 380 Marines to graduate from Parris Island Boot Camp.

Michael’s proudest accomplishments include being named one of the Top 30 under 30 Texas Realtors, earning a Brewmaster certification in Germany, and launching Puerto Rico’s first permitted cannabis production and dispensary. In his free time, Michael Candelario is a Green Bay Packer fan, national park enthusiast, self-proclaimed coffee aficionado, and dedicated family man.

Even though his entrepreneurial career has allowed him to experiment in various industries, his deepest passion lies within real estate and urban land economics. This passion is reflected in the first business he founded: MAC Property Solutions. This business focuses on buying and flipping properties. Michael manages the entire operation and is specifically responsible for the company’s growth strategy and direction. Since founding this in 2008, Michael and his team have bought and sold hundreds of houses.
