This Monday, we attended the reception for the 2024 West Midland King’s Awards for Enterprise winners. We were delighted to provide a tour highlighting the longstanding manufacturing history and past innovations of Webster and Horsfall Group. Additionally, we explored Tyseley Energy Park on our site, showcasing cutting-edge technology driving a cleaner, more sustainable future. A big thank you to #JohnSeager and #KirkWallace for giving our board an inspiring tour of the #NewcastleHelix. It was great to hear about the journey they have been on and the history of this 24acre purpose built innovation district on the former Scottish and Newcastle Tyne Brewery site. Having studied in Newcastle it was great to come back and to spend time in this amazing city and to see it going from strength to strength.

Insightful collaborations at our recent Co-Creation meeting Last Week! We are excited about the expansion of these meetings, as they have led to successful projects like the Ammogen Ammonia to Hydrogen project, demonstrating the potential for impactful initiatives to emerge. Talks from Birmingham City Council, Birmingham Energy Institute, National Gas Metering, VOLTEMPO, SSE Energy Solutions, WSP, and the Climate Innovation Platform highlighted potential avenues for future partnerships. Discussions also emphasised the significance of the National Centre for the Decarbonisation of Heat (NCDH), and how businesses may benefit from the facilities of this building.
