“I had the pleasure of working for Cambria for about a year and a half at EGYM. She had the challenging task of building out a marketing team from the ground up and as one of her first hires, I was able to witness and assist her in building out her vision for the team. Cambria lead with compassion, patience, and an unwavering spirit through the challenges associated with establishing a global marketing team amid a pandemic. She constantly pushed the boundaries to fight for our team and for what was right in the interest of our customers. She challenged everyone on the team to put our customers "at center stage" and think outside the box to deliver higher-quality, more impactful campaigns. And Cambria truly established a personal connection with everyone on the team - making everyone feel like a valued and respected member of the team with opportunities to grow. Her impact at EGYM and those she worked with is apparent. She is a great manager and I would welcome the opportunity to work with or for her again! ”
