Investing in Equity: Building an Inclusive Business Community
Launched in 2022 and hosted in partnership with St. Elizabeth Healthcare and powered by Fifth Third Bank, this half-day event attracts more than 300 people for discussions around diversity, equity, inclusion and advancement in the Northern Kentucky Metro business community.
DEI Summit Series
The DEI Summit Series explores “how” to integrate DEI work into the workplace as we all continue to push DEI initiatives into standard practice and make the region more inclusive for everyone. These strategy sessions are meant to generate ideas and questions to be discussed through strategic guidance so that we can create measurable outcomes to work toward.
