The Victoria Property in Newfoundland sits near the Cape Ray fault. Several companies drilling in and around the property have found large quantities of high-grade gold.

The company is planning to utilize proceeds from the recently announced private placement to fund future drilling programs.

Xali Gold Corp is a mineral exploration company engaged in the exploration of mineral rights interests in Mexico and Peru. Its projects include El Oro, El Dorado, Cocula and Tres Marias.
