We're excited to announce a significant milestone on our journey to Net Zero – Green Energy Park | Global and Eletrobras have signed a collaboration agreement with the objective of achieving cost and technology leadership in the production of renewable hydrogen and hydrogen derivatives. The collaboration between GEP and Eletrobras combines hydropower electricity resources of more than 10 Gigawatts, available for renewable hydrogen production at Eletrobras, with a unique modularized platform, designed and implemented by Green Energy Park. And we are off! The governor of the great State of Piaui has done us the honors of opening the World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition in Rotterdam at our booth. As equity partners we are greatful to Investe Piauí for their amazing support. The North-East of Brazil offers some of the best natural conditions for producing green hydrogen in the world. Today, we were discussing with the governor of Sergipe, Fabio Mitidieri, opportunities in gigawatts-scale renewable fuels for his state. We are looking forward to building many more strategic partnership for accelerating the energy transition. Tomorrow is a very special day in our journey to Net Zero. A high-ranking European Union delegation, headed by the Ambassador of the European Union to Brazil, Marian Schuegraf, travelled to Parnaiba for site visit at Green Energy Park Piauí, one of the largest green #hydrogen production and export facilities in the world. As part of the €2 billion #GlobalGateway program for the hydrogen value chain in Brazil, Green Energy Park | Global is pleased to report that we are on track to deliver some of the most cost effective #renewable #energy fuels in the world starting in in the second half of 2028.   The leadership team of GEP Global, led by CEO Bart Biebuyck, provided a comprehensive progress report on the renewable fuels facilities, including the world-scale port terminal and storage infrastructure for green #ammonia and #methanol export.    The field trip also included a visit to the free trade zone, ZPE, in Parnaiba, to meet the local team of Green Energy Park Piauí, led by Dener Miranda. Permitting for the 10.8 GW hydrogen and hydrogen #derivatives production plant is well under way. It will be part of a 800 hectares hydrogen #cluster, modelled after the highly successful Hydrogen Valley concept in Europe, which is spreading across the world.   At Green Energy Park, we operate a global network of hydrogen and renewable fuels facilities open for strategic partnerships.
