Lucy & the Lake Monster, written by retired fourth grade teacher Kelly Tabor & Academy Award-considered filmmaker Richard Rossi, tells the story of a nine year-old orphan girl, Lucy, and her grandfather, ("Papa"), searching for the sea serpent Champ, who lives and lurks in the murky waters of Lake Champlain.
A month of long shooting days is completed as the cast and crew of Lucy & the Lake Monster finish the final scene. The film is now in post-production being edited. The theatrical release is slated for 2024.
