We needed a large sectional couch reupholstered. Richards  Upholstery did an awesome job. John was terrific - excellent customer service. He always had timely responses, answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on what fabric would be best. The workmanship was excellent. It was a big job, some complicated stitching and needed to work around reclining features. We were very happy with the end result. It now looks brand new! Really great service from John at Richards Upholstery! My grandmother brought in her chair which had the seat springs collapse and it was repaired timely and perfectly. We really appreciated being able to get a quote before hand, and once realizing the repair would be less time than he first quoted, he adjusted the price to match. That was really honest of him and much appreciated.

Richards Upholstery was recommended to me by a friend, having never gone through the process of reupholstering furniture. John, explained the process, showed me the fabric sample room and made suggestions for the type of fabric that my cat wouldn't easily pull apart. The quote was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent! I am so happy with my wingback chair and ottoman, they look beautiful and are comfortable. Richards Upholstery came highly recommended by Ethan Allen in Mississauga.
John provided great customer service at each step of the process and was always true to his word. His team were polite, courteous and punctual when picking up and delivering our furniture. They did a great job. You can tell the quality of their work by the alignment of the fabric from surface to surface. That is craftsmanship and what we wanted.

Excellent work! Great attention was paid to detail. My love seat, sofa and chair has been in my family for over 30 years and will now last another 50! John is professional and an expert in his craft.
