Congratulations to our Coach (Re)Loved & Repair Workshop located in North Bergen, New Jersey for achieving Gold-level TRUE Zero Waste Certification! Here’s what that means: ➡️ This certification is granted to facilities who divert at least 90% of waste generated from landfills through different channels such as recycling, reuse, repair, composting, and more ➡️ By extending the life of our materials and products, the Coach (Re)Loved & Repair Workshop has achieved over 95% landfill diversion rate ➡️ The TRUE Zero Waste Certification further validates the work we have been doing to advance the circular economy through Coach (Re)Loved For the last 30+ years, the Coach Repair Workshop has served as the North America hub for all Coach repair services, and since the introduction of Coach (Re)Loved to the facility in 2021, we’re able to give pre-loved and damaged Coach products a second life. So what’s next? We’re inspired by this progress and continue to work toward achieving zero waste at our North America corporate sites, which include our offices and fulfillment centers. Congratulations to the Stuart Weitzman team on the recent launch of their partnership with Mercado Global, a women’s empowerment and ethical fashion non-profit, to release a limited-edition ikat print jacquard textile for the brand’s Spring 2024 collection. Available across several silhouettes including slides, heels, and sandals, the collaboration combines centuries-old tradition with modern design: the fabrics were handcrafted by women artisans part of Mercado Global’s partner Indigenous artisanal communities in Guatemala who draw upon centuries-old traditions of dyeing and loom weaving. This partnership represents a powerful step in the fashion industry towards a future where ethical production meets elevated design. Customer data holds powerful information, and when paired with the right research, the insights can help strengthen the emotional connections between consumers and brands. To better learn about Tapestry’s consumer-centric, data-driven approach to innovation and brand growth, The Business of Fashion spoke with Noam Paransky, Alice Yu, Fabio Luzzi and Jennifer Yue: https://lnkd.in/gAc2m5sq This case study provides an in-depth look at how we’re creating more meaningful customer connections through data. Here are some key takeaways: 💡 Start with the problem consumers need solved – not the data. 💡 Utilizing data should be built into the way teams work. 💡 Data doesn’t live in a vacuum; it continuously needs to be reviewed and tested to unearth what works best for the company’s audience. #OurTapestry

At Tapestry, we’re committed to developing the next generation of talent. Through the Coach Foundation’s Dream It Real program, our teams in China hosted over 400 students for a three-day professional development experience dedicated to inspiring confidence and authenticity. In collaboration with the China Youth Development Foundation, a Dream It Real partner, students at the Communication University of China participated in career workshops with Coach employees, peer-to-peer mentorship, Coach store visits, conversations with Tapestry and Coach executives, and last not but not least, a mock fashion show. Initiatives like Dream It Real help provide the resources and opportunities needed for the next generation of young people to discover their potential and achieve their dreams. Thank you to the Coach Foundation, and to all our Coach and Tapestry volunteers, who made this recent event possible! #DreamItReal #OurTapestry
