Effingham County seniors recently got a glimpse behind the scenes at Georgia-Pacific LLC's Savannah River Mill in Rincon, where the company produces paper products like tissues, napkins and paper towels used in homes, offices, restaurants and airports. The tour was part of the Workforce PhD program, a partnership between Effingham County School District, Effingham County Industrial Development Authority, Savannah Technical College and local industrial employers.
