SAP has a strict non-retaliation policy and does not tolerate any threatened or actual retaliation against individuals speaking up and reporting concerns about potential non-compliance in good faith.
This tool, provided by Convercent for SAP, supports individuals in speaking up about serious compliance violations related to the SAP Codes of Ethics and Business Conduct and any law or regulation. Once you submit your concern, you will be assigned an access number associated with your concern so that the responsible SAP team can communicate with you if they need more information. All submissions and identities will be confidentially handled to the greatest extent practical (in light of the need to perform an investigation and, if necessary, take remedial action). Please note that, if you choose to remain anonymous (if permitted by local law), make sure to not submit identifying information, such as your name, user-ID or relationship to any person mentioned in your report. In addition, be aware that any attachments shared through Speak Out may contain personally identifiable information (also known as “meta data”). For up-to-date guidance on how to delete this information, please use the search functions available through your device and/or browser.
Use the access number and password you created when you submitted your incident to view your report, provide additional information, communicate with the organization, and view messages.
If you would prefer to speak to someone confidentially, call us and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you.
