Dr. Gerald Horn earned his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his medical degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine in 1977. He is an active member of several major ophthalmology organizations, including the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the International Society of Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Gerald Horn is strongly committed to family and has three fantastic children ages 21, 30, 32, and two adorable granddaughters. He loves to work at staying fit by hiking and biking in the great outdoors - particularly the Rockies.
