Technical Support from Ann was fantastic today. She took the time, was well versed on what needed to be accomplished and patient as well. Often times tech support does not take the time to hear the customer and what the challenge is. She helped me solve several issues to make my email secure!!!

The customer service has been absolutely incredible any time I have ever needed to call in. I would choose GoDaddy again and again and again because of their consistent, phenomenal customer service. GoDaddy initially did not remove a domain I purchased from there auction servers causing an issue. The newly listed price was lower than what I paid as well. Their customer service team was knowledge and very communicative, even calling me back past closing to make sure my issue was resolved and refunding me the difference. Mark N was especially helpful! This is great customer service that other companies are lacking.
