Seattle Visiting Nurse Association is proud to serve the greater Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia areas. We specialize in providing seasonal vaccine clinics on-site for our K-12 School, Higher Education, Government and Private Organization partners

About Us

K-12 Schools

SVNA delivered over 23,000 Doses of vaccine for our Public School Partners in 2024!

Government

We have partnered with King County, City of Seattle, KC Metro, and other Government organizations to increase convenient access to seasonal vaccines for employees.

Higher Education

With the University of Washington being our largest collegiate partner, we delivered nearly 8,000 Doses of vaccine on higher ed. campuses in 2024!

Private Organizations

SVNA works with both non-profit and for-profit private organizations to deliver Flu and COVID vaccines on-site at workplaces and community centers.

How We Do It

These are the key steps we take with our new clients to guarantee a successful working relationship; from initial contact to clinic completion

Interested in hosting an on-site vaccination clinic? Simply fill out our short questionnaire via JotForm - available starting April 1st, 2025. If you or your organization have any questions about our services, clinic setup, or how it all works, we’re happy to help!

Every patient MUST register online before their appointment in order to receive their vaccine(s). The registration process takes roughly 5 minutes. Patients are asked to provide basic contact information, answer a few health screening questions, provide insurance information, and e-sign a waiver. Lastly, patients will be asked to pick a 15-minute appointment window. After registering, patients will receive a confirmation email with their appointment details, and the vaccine(s) they signed up for.
