Shoutout to Air North for Helping us with Edge+ A huge thank you to the Air North, Yukon's Airline team for welcoming FLYHT into their operations and helping us complete critical system checks on our Edge+ box for the 737NG. Our team, including Dustin Shargool and Adam Brewin, flew up to Whitehorse to work alongside the Saturday night shift crew—Colin Cockrell and the rest of the Air North team were incredibly accommodating. We were able to run our necessary checks and manipulate aircraft systems with help from Ian James and Omar Hussain, who provided remote support from our home base in Calgary. After a late night of engineering testing, we wrapped up just in time to catch the northern lights at 3 AM. Calgary, Alberta – December 18, 2024 – FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (“FLYHT” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: FLY) (OTCQX: FLYLF) today announced that, further to its new releases dated October 21, 2024, November 25, 2024 and December 16, 2024, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) granted the final order of the Court approving the previously announced plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “Arrangement”) pursuant to which Firan Technology Group Corporation (TSX: FTG) (OTCQX: FTGFF) (“FTG”) has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of FLYHT in a cash and share transaction valued at approximately CAD$13.2 million. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the customary closing conditions contained in the arrangement agreement entered into between FLYHT and FTG on October 21, 2024, the Arrangement is anticipated to be completed on December 20, 2024.
