First of all your sales associates Keith Powe really impressed us with his knowledge of the product. He assured us of the quality of the product and of the company’s commitment to the customer. Your installers arrived in a timely manner. They were very respectful of our property. They installed our floors promptly and beautifully. When they finished, they cleaned up and my home was as tidy if not tidier than when they arrived. I will definitely call this company when we are ready to replace our basement floors.

I had my home upgraded to vinyl flooring (including closets and stairs). Scheduling the project was easy and timing took into consideration an upcoming surgery. I would recommend National Floors Direct to anymore. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The Rep took time to listen to what we want out of the floors. The installation crew went above and beyond. I am very happy with the outcome of our floors!!

Everything the saleman told me about the carpets that I chose was true. He knew I have 2,not behaved huskies, and he sold me the perfect carpeting for them. Installers were polite and professional. I am beyond happy.

National Floors Direct gets ZERO STARS from me! I wish I could show that above, but it makes me give one, unfortunately!
No one should EVER, EVER do business with National Floors Direct. I had not one positive experience with this company! From the false advertisement to the awful customer service, I am so surprised that this company is still in business! One of the worst things that happened was that when their installers installed my flooring, they moved my stove (which, according to my contract, they were not supposed to, by the way!) and while doing so they BROKE the oven door! When I called customer service, they told me that they WON'T pay to fix my broken oven. Apparently, it is written in the contract that they are not responsible for damage done to appliances. When I told them that it was ALSO IN MY CONTRACT that they were not supposed to move my oven in the first place, they told me that I should have been watching them. Are they serious? If they hired competent workers, they should not need to be watched like toddlers! If their customers should read their contracts carefully, so should their workers! It has been almost 2 months and I am still arguing with them about paying for my broken oven!
NO ONE should trust this company AT ALL!

They contacted us immediately and scheduled within several days with the sales representative. He spent time explaining the product and helped decide what would look best. He was in tune to us and knew exactly what we were looking for. The job was scheduled and allwent accordingly. Very professional from start to finish

I had carpeting done in my attic and 2 stairways with National Floors Direct. They were professional and very well priced. The installers arrived on time and were very efficient and did a lovely job installing the carpeting. I am very pleased with National Floors Direct and if I need carpeting or flooring for any other rooms in my home, I would hire them again.

The experience was great because the agent who met with me and sold me my flooring told me exactly what to expect. The follow up calls and emails were conducted right on time as he said they would be. The installers showed up right on time according to the agent, the call, and email the day before. The lead installer confirmed my appointment, information, and specific rooms to receive installation. The gentleman worked without interruption, socialization, and alongside the lawmen. They finished before the window, and the work was great! They allowed me to inspect the work before leaving. Their departure allowed me time to go to my doctor and the bank. I look forward to more flooring.

The installers arrived promptly at 8:15am and worked throughout the day and completed the job by 4pm. They were courteous and very hard working. They swept up and left the rooms clean and ready to be put backed together. Would highly recommend NFD to friends and family.

I contacted National Floors Direct after numerous no shows from local contractors. I needed a price on my livingroom floor. They set up an appointment and the salesman came on time when promised. He was very knowledgeable about the company and the products. He brought in as many samples as we asked for and helped us lay them out. We agreed on price and install was set for 2 days later! The installers came and were corteous, working very fast and cleaning as they went. They completed the job in 1 afternoon. This was a great experience from start to finish. Salesman let the product sale itself. He was very good with showing product and obtaining approval. Manny and team showed up on scheduled date. They worked well as a team with literally no break. Team did not have enough flooring so they are expected to return on 4/16 to finish small area. Awesome job!

We were very happy with the carpet experience - from our meeting with the salesman, who answered our questions, showed us different samples and suggested a solution to our uneven surface issue to the completion of the installation process. A couple of things that I didn’t like were that we had an ant problem after installation that may have been transported in by the carpet and one of the installers was on the phone often throughout the day with members of her family. Other than that, we were pleased with the product and the price.

My experience with National Floors Direct (Purchase Order CT33403) was incredible throughout the entire process. To start, the in-home sales consultant was very knowledgeable and comfortable to ask questions to. Then, the corporate sales team followed up to confirm the delivery date and time. Thereafter, the installers were excellent in being efficient and laying down the flooring perfectly. They even removed the old carpeting I had with ease. Afterwards, the corporate team again followed up to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend using National Floors Direct for all your flooring needs! I called to make an appointment, and after speaking to the representative, I was able to get one for the following day. The salesman was very professional, helping us pick out a style and color. The installers were punctual, clean and courteous. The kept the work area, and the rest of the house, clean at all times. Upon completion, they walked us through their work to ensure we were completely satisfied.
