National Floors Direct gets ZERO STARS!
National Floors Direct gets ZERO STARS from me! I wish I could show that above, but it makes me give one, unfortunately!
No one should EVER, EVER do business with National Floors Direct. I had not one positive experience with this company! From the false advertisement to the awful customer service, I am so surprised that this company is still in business! One of the worst things that happened was that when their installers installed my flooring, they moved my stove (which, according to my contract, they were not supposed to, by the way!) and while doing so they BROKE the oven door! When I called customer service, they told me that they WON'T pay to fix my broken oven. Apparently, it is written in the contract that they are not responsible for damage done to appliances. When I told them that it was ALSO IN MY CONTRACT that they were not supposed to move my oven in the first place, they told me that I should have been watching them. Are they serious? If they hired competent workers, they should not need to be watched like toddlers! If their customers should read their contracts carefully, so should their workers! It has been almost 2 months and I am still arguing with them about paying for my broken oven!
NO ONE should trust this company AT ALL!
