Roger Pettingell and his team were phenomenal at helping my parents relocate from Ohio to their Longboat key dream home!
With some very specific items in their checklist most realtors would probably lose patience. And the market in 2021 has been crazy as everyone knows. Fortunately Roger and his connections were able to help them out. I can't recommend Mr. Pettingell enough if anyone is looking for their dream home in Sarasota

In one brief meeting, we were shown only one house. No follow-up at all was surprising and may have been due that he thought we were not serious buyers and/or could not afford to buy in LBK at a higher price point.

So disappointed after all the hype. When my unit wasn't moving, his only advice was to lower the price. He carries a lot - and I mean a lot of inventory- to sell, so don't expect much in terms of real in depth personal attention. He wouldn't even accommodate terminating the listing 2 weeks early. My new realtor got the listing sold in one month without issue. Will not recommend.
