Your tax deposit due date will vary based on the type of deposit schedule you are required to follow. The table below contains the deposit due dates for monthly and semiweekly deposit schedules.

If you accumulate $100,000 or more in taxes on any day during a monthly or semiweekly deposit period, you must deposit the tax by the next business day. This is called the Next-day deposit rule.

If you are a semiweekly schedule depositor, you must attach 941 Schedule B to Form 941.
