I consulted with the great folks here because I was looking for a tile but I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. All I had was this picture I cut out from a magazine that had the color I wanted. The person helping me ended up finding me a beautiful tile that they had on hand that was literally the color in the picture. To be able to hold that color solidly in my hand was so gratifying!

When I went National Floors Direct, the sales associate gladly greeted me. All my questions were answered and she made an appointment for me to meet with a designer. This type of customer service tells me that they understand the importance of a customer. This is the kind of attention I like especially since I have my project budgeted at $20,000 for all the various flooring that will be needed and I will more than likely go over budget.

The workers at National Floors Direct were very professional, neat and meticulous when working in my house. They installed all new hardwood and totally transformed my house from old and outdated to brand new and probably the best floors on my block. I highly recommend this place.

We came here to shop for our bathroom tile and half way through our shopping an employee named Sammy asked if we needed help. We actually had questions about a certain tile we wanted and they didn’t carry it. Sammy took her time in trying to find something similar and showed all kinds of different options. She provided such an excellent customer service experience for us. I will definitely come here for our next home repair project!

When we told a couple couple we are friendly with in our bowling league that we were shopping for hardwood flooring, they turned us on to National Floors Direct. We had already begun the shopping process but figured what did we have to lose? Turns out all we had to lose was the overblown price we were actually considering paying. NFD’s free in-home estimate ended up saving us even more than their guaranteed 15%. And oh yeah, we love our new Downey Point floor in chocolate maple. Sounds and looks good enough to eat!

I own a company in Braintree, MA that requires me to allow multiple clients to visit our offices. The condition of our flooring had been deteriorating for quite some time and it got to the point where I was embarrassed for our clients to see it. I dreaded the project of redoing it but I soon found out that with National Floors Direct, I had nothing to dread. We were visited at our convenience with lots of beautiful samples so that we could see exactly how each would coordinate with our furniture and lighting. And once we made up our minds, our choices were installed the next day.

As a successful NYC business owner I am well aware of the importance of pricing, but when we chose National Floors Direct for our large flooring project, not only didn’t just get the best price imaginable. We also got an installation that went as smooth as silk. National Floors did all they said they would. We highly recommend them to anyone with no reservations.

Thus far our outstanding favorite has been National Floors Direct. They did everything they said they would do! This has not been our experience with other flooring companies in Portland, OR that we dealt with.

DO NOT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY! We decided to install the new floor in our house. Jason Daniello, the representative from National Floors Direct, came to our house on March 19, 2022 to provide us quotes. We explained him that we want to install vinyl floors on our first floor and hard wood on the second floor. During the estimations, we pointed to the spot in the bedroom under the carpet where the plywood level was higher. We asked Jason whether they can also fix it during installation. He told us that on such surface we cannot install hard wood, because the surface should be perfectly leveled. Then he told us that their installers will fix it during installation before installing the hard wood floors. Jason provided us the quotes and mentioned that everything is included (removing current carpet, fixing the plywood and moving the furniture). He asked to sign the waive on 3 days cancellation. We were not planning to cancel the contract and we signed this waiver. We paid the deposit over Zelle and personal check. We agreed on the date of installation of April 16, 2022. On April 13, 2022, we were contacted by National Floors Direct with the request to come one day earlier (on April 15, 2022) and we agreed. On April 15, 2022, two installers came and started checking the floors. When they saw the plywood on the second floor, they told us that they cannot fix the plywood. We called National Floors Direct and Alexis told us that we should call third party to fix it first and then their installers are able to come and install the floors. In case if we do not want to call the third party first, they can install the hard wood without fixing plywood but the warranty will be cancelled. We declined both options, because our agreement with National Floors Direct included fixing the underlying plywood. I would like to mention that this dishonesty from National Floors Direct affected my wife health who is pregnant now. We warned NFD about this as well. Currently, we request National Floors Direct to return our deposit. During our conversation with customer service, they rely on their contract only and do not value their relationship with customers.
