Subaru believes we all should have a chance to lead a healthy life. This June, Subaru and our retailers are partnering with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® (LLS) and their local hospital cancer treatment centers to give warm blankets and encouraging messages of hope written by retailers and Subaru customers in our stores to support patients facing cancer.
Through the LLS Urgent Need Program, Pediatric, we are also providing over 2,200 pediatric blood cancer patient households financial relief to help offset non-medical costs associated with treatment, such as transportation, food, housing, utilities, etc.
You can join us in supporting those facing blood cancers by making a heartfelt donation to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® at lls.org/subaru and we will match your donation dollar for dollar up to $100,000.
Providing warmth, love, and support when and where they’re needed most is our way of letting these patients and their families know we care. We are proud to be LLS’s largest automotive donor, supporting nearly 350,000 cancer patients nationwide by the end of this year.
Subaru will also donate $20 to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® when select items are purchased from Subaru Parts Online this June

Patient Stories
Approximately every three minutes, a person in the U.S. is diagnosed with a blood cancer like leukemia, lymphoma, or myeloma. The recovery can be long and often leaves them feeling weak, cold, and isolated. Subaru and our retailers are committed to helping patients through this challenging time.
Patient Stories
Nikolas Davison was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in November 2016 at 10 years old. Like most cancer patients, his road to recovery was long and challenging. He spent many long nights in the hospital receiving cumbersome treatments with his family by his side. Subaru partnered with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to provide Nik with a warm blanket, patient care kit, and a hand-written message of hope. This small gesture is just one way Subaru and our retailers are supporting courageous cancer patients like Nik and the families who support them. We’re excited to report that as of this day, Nik has completed all chemo treatments.
