We are a small single school school district in CA. We have chromebooks and 630 students. We are looking for a platform that will work on chromebooks that enables us to connect with students, video the meeting to share with those who can’t connect live, and have a whiteboard. I have had offers from competitors of your company, but I am not getting tech support. Just wondering what would be a good plan for a small school with 37 teachers.

Szkoda, że na bieżąco nie informujecie Państwo w ogłoszeniach o problemach, które występują na platformie. Np od kilku dni do chwili obecnej nie działa import użytkowników. Ja zmarnowałem trzy dniu usiłując zaimportować te dane. Gdy udało mi się połączyć z konsultantem na czacie, to okazało się, że problem z importem jest jest Wam znany. Platforma na początku tygodnia była mocno przeciążona, nie dało się na nią zalogować i też nie było informacji na ten temat na stronie głównej. Gdyby informacja którą zamieściliście w ogłoszeniach dostępnych po zalogowaniu była dostępna na stronie głównej, to przełożylibyśmy nasze wydarzenia na późniejsze terminy. Zlikwidowaliście Państwo możliwość kontaktu telefonicznego, który jest najbardziej efektywny na rzecz czatów, ale nie można z nich skorzystać w razie problemów z zalogowaniem na swoje konto.
W naszym przypadku platforma ClickMeeting nie sprawdziła się w tym okresie.
Zadbajcie Państwo o lepszy kontakt ze swoimi klientami i może od czasu do czasu reagujcie na nasze sugestie. To my użytkujemy platformę, widzimy jej mankamenty i potrafimy wskazać, co można na niej ulepszyć, aby jej obsługa była bardziej przyjazna.

utworzyłam w wersji próbnej spotkanie ale wejść do pokoju mogło tylko 5 osób. Przy osobie 6 pokazywał się komunikat, ze przekroczono limit miejsc – dlaczego? Myślałam,że spokojnie 25 osób może równocześnie korzystać ze spotkania. Czy mam kazać uczestnikom wyłączyć kamery i wtedy będzie działać. Chciałabym tez by uczestnicy mięli dostęp do czatu

Das ist mir zu kompliziert. Ich brauche ein Portal als browserbasierte Videokonferenz (ohne Kamera aber mit Monitoranzeige z.B. für Pläne, Texte oder Fotos), bei der man jemanden (wie bei einer Telefonkonferenz) z.B. per Email einladen kann und der klickt dann einfach auf den Link in der Email, gibt eine Code ein, der mit der Email kam und schon ist er in der Konferenz, hört die Teilnehmer, sieht z.B. den Plan oder das Protokoll das der Organisator an die Wand wirft (als auf den Monitor) und sprechen kann er natürlich auch, so dass es die anderen Teilnehmer hören? Und der Organisator öffnet die Seite, startet per Klick die Konferenz und kann auf den Monitor, Pläne etc. schieben, die die Teilnehmer sehen. Das kann nicht so schwierig herstellbar sein.
Die ClickMeeting-Plattform ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Veranstaltungen eines solchen Typs zu veranstalten. Sie können Präsentationen vorbereiten und diese während Ihrer Veranstaltungen anzeigen.
