What a day at VivaTech 2024! Today, our CEO Maryam Ghahremani has been in action on the stage several times 🔥 First, she had the honor of interviewing Pannapon Poopaka, Digital Commerce & Omnichannel Manager at Tiffany & Co. Japan, about their upcoming adoption of video commerce in their customer experience. Pannapon spoke to a lot of the strategic considerations ahead of launch and gave a glimpse of what Tiffany customers can expect from the service: private consultations about made-to-order jewelry, exclusive events, easy access in every touch point and much, much more. Later in the afternoon, a true power-panel of LVMH Innovation Award winners sat down to discuss how to stay ahead in business and the mindset of innovation.
