As an award-winning serial entrepreneur and innovator with 30 years of experience successfully starting, expanding, and diversifying technology companies Paul is a recognized leader in the domains of Mixed Reality technologies, Holographic technologies, and Artificial Intelligence. Paul holds multiple patents for Augmented Reality and Holographic Telepresence.

In 1992 Paul co-founded Corporate Communications Interactive (CCI) in Toronto, Canada. Over a 17-year period Paul grew CCI to one of the largest online learning and interactive communication companies in North America with offices in Toronto, Tampa and Kansas City. CCI pioneered and sold several technology ‘firsts’ in digital media to many of the world’s largest organizations including AT&T, American Eagle, FedEx, GE, Honeywell, IBM, Manulife Financial, Microsoft, Pearson Education, RBC, and Thomson Corporation as well as numerous mid-size corporations, governments, and not-for-profits. CCI also created and marketed the eSchool Essentials™ suite of desktop training products, successfully selling licenses worldwide through global distribution and corporate resellers.

In 2012, Paul began developing a scalable, repeatable and transportable holographic display technology for live, multi-point interactive communications. In 2014 Paul co-founded ARHT Media Inc., with Rene Bharti and legendary artist Paul Anka. Made possible through Duffy’s patented Holographic Telepresence, such luminaries as Professor Stephen Hawking, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Gary Vaynerchuk, Larry King and many other notable personalities have disrupted time and geography to appear as live holograms around the world to thousands of people.

In 2018, Paul joined NexTech AR Solutions Corp., as President and Chairman where he lead the team on an ambitious journey to play a significant role in the global adoption of Augmented Reality for Retail, Entertainment and Education. NexTech AR is today, a dominant player in the world of augmented reality.

In 2022, Paul expanded his family holdCo MoonShot Inc., to be a multifaceted company for AI, ML and the emerging Spatial Realm. As author of the forthcoming book The Spatial Realm, Moonshot for a New Mass Medium, Paul and his team have set the foundation for a new form of storytelling and immersive experiences through augmented reality

Paul resides in Toronto, Canada with his wife and two sons. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Applied Computer Science from the Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) where he was recognized for his achievements as one of the “Top 25 Alumni Profiles” from the 70 the year history of the university, a recipient of the 2021 Alumni Achievement Award and delivered the Convocation address for the 2020/2021 graduating years of the Faculty of Science for Toronto Metropolitan University

Paul currently sits as a Board Advisor to TMU University, Faculty of Science and is a former member of the Board of Governors for the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences.
