For as long as she's been in the public eye, Nicole Kidman has been coveted for not only her acting chops but her gorgeous skin as well.
Even in her 50s, the Academy Award winner looks impeccable—whether she's on the red carpet, gracing magazine covers or captivating the audience with her onscreen performances.
Interestingly, despite having the best experts and top-shelf products at her fingertips, Kidman has a surprisingly simple approach to skincare.
"Simplicity is key! I always say less is more," says the 55-year-old.
When asked what her daily skincare regimen looks like, she replies, "I wouldn’t say I have a typical skincare routine as my routine definitely changes based on where I am (Nashville vs Sydney), what I’m doing (i.e; on-set or on vacation) and the weather." "Over the years I’ve added more oils and serums to my routine but my constant is a simple cleanser. And I'm always wearing sunscreen," adds the A-lister.
On days when she really needs to put her best face forward for a big event or special occasion, the Big Little Lies star doubles down on hydration.
"Loads and loads of water!" Kidman emphasizes. "I try not to do anything too different as my skin can be very sensitive," she adds.

Understandably, even Kidman has bad skin days just like everyone else.
Wearing makeup for long hours, stress, jet lag, etc. can disrupt the skin barrier function, causing dryness, dullness, redness and breakouts. Especially when you have sensitive skin, which is more prone to irritation than other skin types.
