Today, we are excited to announce that Payal Dalal will become the Center's first Executive Vice President for Global Programs. For ten years, we have been on a journey to create a private sector engine of #inclusivegrowth that leverages the assets of Mastercard in service of people and planet. When we bring our technology, data, capital and expertise together with public and private sector partners, we unlock positive change at scale. As the new EVP for Global Programs, Payal will be responsible for driving and scaling the Center's programmatic priorities around the world.     Payal has been with the Center for six years, most recently as the Senior Vice President for Social Impact, International Markets. She has been instrumental in developing the Center’s program strategy, designing signature initiatives like Mastercard Strive (Strive Community) and launching the Mastercard Impact Fund. Previously, she was Head of Global Community Programs for Standard Chartered Bank and served in leadership roles across several social sector organizations. Payal received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA/MPA from New York University.    As we begin our next decade of work, we look forward to working with Payal and the rest of the team to build a path to shared prosperity through partnerships across industries and sectors.
