Walkk at Web Summit Qatar! A highlight was our visit to the Omani Consulate, where we had the privilege of discussing trade with His Excellency Sayyid Ammar Al Busaidi, Ambassador of Oman to Qatar. It was an enriching discussion, exploring opportunities for collaboration. Another fruitful conversation took place with His Excellency Ali Qassim Jawad, President of the Royal Academy of Management in Oman, where we explored future scope of Walkk in creating hospitable experiences. Last, but not the least, we're appreciative of the support by Amjaad Al Hinai & German University of Technology in Oman, in helping foster our connections and interactions into real value.

68% Saving in time spent navigating aimlessly! The results from Walkk’s deployment at #MuscatNights - ليالي مسقط are in! Our partnership with Muscat Municipality (MM) بلدية مسقط transformed navigation for 1.7 million visitors across 5.9 million sq. ft. Notably across 320+ User tests, 1- While trying to find your way, Walkk reduced search time from 2-7 minutes to just 10-30 seconds. 2- While navigating, Walkk cut travel time by 68%, saving a total of 49-78 hours across all user tests. 3- Visitors moved faster, explored more, and had a smoother experience throughout the event. Looking forward to change the visitor experience landscape across other venues!

Tuesday, 28.01.25 - marks Walkk's Graduation from the The Rising Omani Startups Programme, under the auspices of HE Abdulsalam Al Murshidi - President Oman Investment Authority & HE Halima Al Zari, Chairperson Authority for SME Development. The Program chaired by HH Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al-Said, lasted for a duration of 4 months (Sept - Dec). Focusing on Business Development & Innovative Entrepreneurship, this program was made possible by Industrial Innovation Academy, Esnad Integrated Services, Invest in Madayn, Authority for SME Development. A special thanks & appreciation goes to the consultants who guided us through the program, Shaima Murtadha Al-Lawati, Marwan Ahmed, Yasmeen El Masry. The most recent win! Walkk, Audience Favourite Startup Our CEO, Omar Pervez & COO, Yazan Al-Alawi, presented Walkk last week at Omantel HQ, voted as the Audience's favourite Startup. This amazing event was done by the effort of, Startup Grind Muscat Startup Grind German University of Technology in Oman Startup Grind sohar! Followed by the pitch was a discussion with Her Excellency Liane Saunders, Ambassador of Great Britain to Sultanate of Oman, British Embassy Muscat. Congrats to the fellow winners included BidBid, ClaimKit, Jetbird!
