I've tried to close my account with…

I've tried to close my account with them and was told I couldn't. Lately I've tied to call them and email them with no results as it shows being permanently closed . So I'm making sure my bank blocks them from taking anything from my account . I was told I could cancel at any time but apparently that's not the case , my credit score hasn't improved the way they said it would either .

we will never go back to cactus man…

we will never go back to cactus man ever again. ive never in my life have know of a company coming to your house and slipping a letter under the door into my house. shame shame you could have just stuck it in the mailbox. and text messages seem like a threat to us. be real you will get your money when we get caught up. anonoymus.

Stay away from cactus credit

Will i be returning? No, I'm going to find someone else better. I'll never deal with you guys ever again. You guys are so unprofessional. And when you can't afford too pay for there services due to financial issues they want around $300 to cancel or they will start taking out the week payments there crooks 100% please stay away from them

No more anxiety about my debt!!!

I am extremely happy I took the step to finally pay off my debt. Cactus Credit was so helpful, polite and made sure I understood the whole process before moving on to the next step. My debt has caused so much anxiety for me, even more so since becoming a single mom of 2 young children, but Cactus was able to put me on the correct path and made the whole process so easy!

Despite canceling the service

Despite canceling the service and placing a stop payment on Cactus credit, this company has continued to withdraw funds from my account by splitting the payments in half to get around the stop payment. I have been forced to close my bank account and start over as a result. I will als be taking legal actions if the funds are not returned to my account.. cactus credit is shady… I guess it’s “here for a good time not a long time” they are thieves and nothing less.. if you choose to do business with them be cautious and cover you ass

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! As I am writing this money has been stolen from my account by cactus credit. They front themselves as a debt relief business and are very convincing. They always call from a different number and never pick up the phone when you call them back. They said they would have a follow up conversation before any transactions are made and are very persistent to make sure all debt payments go through them as a third party, but none of this money actually goes toward paying off debt.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Was not informed of a $130 monthly fee when I was first persuaded into signing a bs contract. Now I am stuck paying a contract I can’t afford and they are forcing me to pay. Won’t let me cancel. Forcing desperate people to pay for things they can’t afford is absolutely a terrible thing to do. Employees who are apart of this organization should be ashamed of working here and hurting people.

Don't fall for this crap..

Don't fall for this crap... The only inquiries they were able to "remove" from my credit file, were the ones that would automatically be deleted after the 7 years pass... They constantly say "we're making your score better just takes persistence" yeah well the truth is, my score went up because of me making my payments, not because of your bs. Don't fall for their crap

SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS. Contact your bank, DO NOT PUT A STOP PAYMENT BECAUSE THEY CAN CHANGE THE AMOUNT AND THE FUNDS WILL DISAPPEAR according to my Financial Institute they advised me to close my accounts. If you sent them Government documents contact OHIP/MTO and let me know what happened they will issue NEW documents and your file will be NOTED.
NOT EVEN HELL IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR THESE PPL!!!! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PPL TRYING TO GET BACK ON THERE FEET.

You might be looking at the wrong lot/street number that's why it's showing a garage on your end.

They took money from my account when I…

They took money from my account when I had said to them over and over I couldn't afford the monthly payment. Also they have refused to refund me my money which they took without permission. Wouldn't recommend anyone to these guys they are crooks still haven't seen my refund yet.

I just had another unsuccessful phone…

I just had another unsuccessful phone call with another one of your rude pushy employees, I've been trying to cancel with your company for months now and cannot seem to get anything done 

I've went through your many bad reviews and see I am not the only person dealing with this problem  

I have informed my bank and am also proceeding with legal options 

I really hope this company stops taking advantage of people already in a bad spot and make things right

The only reason I am giving a 2 star is…

The only reason I am giving a 2 star is that the first lady I spoke with was amazing, patient and understanding. She asked questions and heard my story then transferred me to another lady that does the approvals. This Lady asked me one question, what is my credit score. When I told her she basically hung up on me like I was worth nothing. As we all know our economy has changed so no matter how much we earn and I earn a lot we may still find ourselves in situations needing help. Sometimes its tragic circumstances but never the less, it doesn't give a company the right to treat you like you are not valued in your difficult situation. That woman that hung up; she should be humble and nice to everyone she speaks to because one day she may find herself needing help and also get hung up on. Shame on this business for keeping people on payroll that treat others this way when you are in the business of helping people.

Mickey Mouse

Silly, and unprofessional. Reading from a script.
Acted as though I owed them before they even approved me. I don't need to hear the title of the person I'm dealing with over and over again.
It's sad that people in need have to deal with this kind of experience. Basically, if you need money you are a nobody, a nothing and you're supposed to be treated as such. My suggestion is not to indulge.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, they tell you all those wonderful things that you can cancel anytime , but once you try to cancel even in the 10 days timeframe 2 weeks before your first payment and you havent even talked to an advisor and they tell you they cant cancel unless you repay the full amount which is ridiculous!! they rush you into signing bunch of papers, i cancel the day after which is waaay in advance. i reported them, this is stupid. i just want to cancel everything, no payments no consult has been made!

Best feeling ever !

I was really happy about the whole situation and the whole step-by-step of getting things done with my debts. It was much more convenient to go through this way then do in the other way I was falling behind on bills and not getting anywhere. So I am so happy that you guys helped me out and getting my debts into one and yeah thank you.

Not a good consideration

I have nothing good to say about this company, there a total rip, they say I was enrolled in there program. But never gave any information to them, but where taking money from my account for 8 months. But cause they said that I was enrolled in their program, they will not refund my money back. Even if I canceled my enrolment. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

When I had a big issue on my health I have no choice but to leave of absent from my work and it’s a big burden for me all my debts. The good thing Cactus credit relief company and a Harris and partner their trustee helped me a lot to settle all my debts, now I have peace of mind
