Here we discuss all the things about the law and the legal system that you never knew, you never understood, and no one ever told you. Our goal is to make the law relatable, understandable, and fun. We do that through real-life examples, stories, and conversations and by pairing Virginia Tehrani, Esq., an experienced, practicing attorney, with Chelsey Rogers, Esq., a recent law school graduate who passed the Bar exam in 2023 and is now a practicing attorney.

Instead, law schools teach the art of legal practice, and Hollywood focuses on courtroom antics rather than on factual representations of legal proceedings. ABOUT US
Virginia Tehrani, Esq. and Chelsey Rogers, Esq. host multiple podcasts and YouTube videos through The Law Unscripted LLC, giving listeners and viewers a unique look into the practice of law by applying it to current events, trials, indictments, and investigations. And what is more, Virginia and Chelsey teamed up in the Summer of 2023 to help Chelsey (and her fellow graduating law students) study for the bar exam!
Through The Law Unscripted LLC, Virginia and Chelsey offer supplemental courses to give law students an extra leg up on their law school exams and the Bar examination. Their unique program is the only bar prep course that is taught by a practicing attorney, and it is the only bar prep program that studies with an actual student and tracks her progress through a summer of bar review. Chelsey asks real-time questions, and Virginia provides real-time answers for her and anyone else studying for the bar or trying to understand complex legal subjects in their law school classes.
