Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring for a variety of things, including an effective CRM to allow our sales team to conduct their work more efficiently, allowing us to focus their time on things that continue to generate more revenue. We also use the marketing automation linked with lead generation advertising and our website to push potential clients further along our sales process, increasing our conversion rate. We use the sales sections of SharpSpring to allow us to track our best performing avenues and to track our performances to dictate strategy moving forward. We also use the email database and email marketing to keep our clients up to date with products and services. As a platform, it increases our conversion rate and gives our organization more time to focus on clients.

We have used a few different platforms and marketing solutions. SharpSpring has almost everything the others offer combined, and whilst the others have smaller elements of it for free, SharpSpring is much cheaper than any of the professional levels on the competitors. Also, with the ability to license it out to our clients, after we brought one of our clients on board, the entire process was paid for.

It is designed to be as user friendly as possible, but it also has a full database of help and support, as well as a live chat. In the first three months we had weekly meetings with their specialist to make sure that everything had been implemented correctly and to be guided through the process of setting up.
It's been simply amazing; the team has been on the other end of the phone whenever we needed them and they have a live chat option for any questions we may have had at the time that we found incredibly helpful. We were walked through how to implement everything correctly.
Most larger marketing companies should be using this to automate their marketing processes and to continue developing their CRM. We use it on both the marketing and sales sides, as well as to integrate with our calendars to facilitate meetings.
