Nirav is a Partner at V&A Capital. He has over 15 years of experience in managing and operating and advising mid-size businesses, as well as in investing, accounting, tax and finance. Nirav sits on the Board of Precision Kidd Steel Co, Inc., SinterMet LLC and Federal Steel Supply LLC.

Prior to joining V&A, Nirav was a Manager at Grant Thornton in its Chicago office and has owned, operated or consulted for various companies in diverse industries.

Nirav is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and his M.B.A. from IESE.
