Nerd was able to come to my home and handle the problems very quickly. He was very competent, explained what and why he was doing what he did. A pleasure to have a service call from someone who spoke clearly and did not have a very heavy accent.

Gave me some very good information to help me select a new PC which I am considering getting.

Graham was able to fit me in due to a previous cancellation. He called in advance and showed up on time. He was able to bring to a close my frustrations with HP and Microsoft by enabling my computer to accept HP Smart app in about 1% of the time I had spent on line and on telephone with Customer Service HP. Likewise with the missing 5G network with Worldline he was able to restore the service. Grateful for his nerdastic service.

George was a calming influence and intelligent. It is obvious that his engineering background feeds into his service as a Nerd. He was willing to come immediately but I asked for another day as I needed to concentrate on my work in the studio. He arrived on time. Your system of payment and issuing me a receipt immediately made things seamless.

Originally George felt the work would not take more than an hour , but it ended up to be two.I was hoping that George was experienced with Epson printers ( a few years back when the same Epson printer was installed , it went quickly without a hitch.and how they connect with Apple computers. It took several tries before it worked.
