Scott, Apprentice HR Advisor from our Policy and Reward team, is passionate about ensuring our colleagues' health and well-being are at the forefront. Through initiatives like the "Good Breaks" scheme, we're encouraging everyone to take necessary rests and reflect, giving us all a moment to recharge. We also have a fantastic board filled with wellbeing resources available to our team, expanding their knowledge and enabling them to support others. Big respect to a small team of UHS staff who joined #OperationRestoreHope in the Philippines! Consultant anaesthetists Rachel Montgomery, Heidi Artis, Rachel Williams, with anaesthetic nurses Christine Espina and Cath Jasis, volunteered their skills and time to help provide life-changing surgeries for children born with cleft lips and palates.
