In July 2022, the Company acquired a controlling interest in Symbolic Logic, Inc., which currently operates as a majority-owned subsidiary of CCUR. The Company previously served as the co-sponsor of Spartacus Acquisition Corporation, successfully completing its business combination with NextNav Inc. (NASDAQ: NN) in October 2021. The Company is further actively evaluating the acquisition of additional operating businesses and assets to maximize the value of its assets.
