➖Weighted Step Ups - 4x10 each leg ⁣
➖Bicep Curl to Arnold Press - 4x10 ⁣
➖Single Arm to Double Front Raise - 4x8 ⁣
➖Renegade Rows - 8-10 each arm ⁣

➖Squat Pulses - 4x15-20 ⁣
➖Alternating Shoulder Press - 4x10 each arm ⁣
➖External Rotation to Bicep Curl - 4x10 each arm ⁣
➖Stationary Lateral Lunges - 4x10-12 each leg ⁣
