It’s time to close the gap in Cybersecurity. There’s currently a shortage in cybersecurity professionals as a whole and women make up only 20% of the cybersecurity workforce. Minorities are represented in the single digits. As cyber crime increases and intensifies, organizations need protection malicious attacks and unauthorized access that threaten the availability of assets and resources. As the world innovates through leading-edge technology, the cybersecurity demand has imposed shortages and unqualified resources that expand across the globe. Successful cyber attacks are continuing to evolve which is evidenced by recent cyber attacks over the last year. According to Cybersecurity Ventures, there will be up to 3.5 million job openings globally by end of 2022.
