About
I am a business law associate at McCarthy Tétrault LLP with a practice focused on structured finance and capital markets matters. I have worked on number of domestic and cross-border securitizations in a variety of asset classes, global debt issuances, covered bond programmes and novel financial instruments, including limited recourse capital note issuances.
I graduated the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where I sat on the Moot Court Committee, acted as an advisor for the Faculty Academic Success program, and won the Davies Corporate/Securities moot. In 2017, I attained an Honours B.A. with high distinction at the University of Toronto with a double major in international relations and history.
