Deep-South Resources (DSM) has signed an earn-in agreement with Word Class Minerals Venture Ltd.

Deep-South will acquire up to 80 per cent of three copper exploration licences in the center of the Zambian Copper belt over a period of five years.

Pierre Leveille, CEO of Deep-South Resources sat down with Shoran Devi to discuss the agreement.

Deep-South Resources is a mineral exploration and development company focused on the exploration and development of assets in mineralized zones close to infrastructure in stable countries. The company holds an interest in the Haib Copper project in Namibia.

Deep-South Resources Inc. (DSM) opened trading at C$0.065 per share.
